Processing Times

  • Prints: All prints are made-to-order. Please allow up to 3 weeks processing time before dispatch.
  • Original artworks: Typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • Commissions: Custom artwork will have longer processing times, which will be communicated directly at the time of order.

Shipping Services

  • All orders are shipped with Australia Post.
  • For larger artworks or oversized parcels, we may use trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or other services to ensure safe delivery.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)

  • Australia: 2–7 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days (delivery times vary by country)
    International orders may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.

Packaging

  • Original paintings are securely wrapped and boxed for safe transit.
  • Prints are carefully packaged in flat mailers or protective tubes, depending on size.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Damages & Issues
