Rita Hsu Art creates and sells original artworks, prints, and commissions. By using this website, you acknowledge that all content, images, and materials are the intellectual property of Rita Hsu unless otherwise stated.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • Prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders for prints are made-to-order and typically require up to 3 weeks processing before dispatch.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We primarily ship via Australia Post; larger or oversized artworks may use alternative couriers for safe delivery.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided on the Shipping Policy page.
  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch.

4. Returns & Replacements

  • Due to the delicate nature of artworks, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.
  • Damaged prints will be replaced; damaged original artworks may be repaired or replaced with a commissioned piece of equal value.
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs; replacements must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and artwork, is protected by copyright.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission from Rita Hsu.

6. Commissions & Custom Artwork

  • Custom artwork is created according to the specifications agreed upon with the buyer.
  • Payment for commissions may be required upfront or in installments as agreed.
  • Cancellation or changes may be subject to additional terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Rita Hsu Art is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Liability for damaged or lost items is limited to the replacement or repair of the artwork, as per the Returns & Replacement Policy.

8. Privacy

  • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia.
  • By using this website, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts for any disputes.
